| Saroli offers an extensive line of sliced, pitted, stuffed and whole olives in a variety of packaging, be it tins, pails, pouches and jars of all shapes and sizes suitable for the bulk and retail industry. Some favorites include pitted Calabrese, Barese, Sicilian, Nicoise, Gaeta, stuffed with garlic, almonds, or gorgonzola, blue cheese to name a few. |

| Bulk Olives |

Our vast selection of olives originate from the fertile lands of small farms and olive groves throughout the Mediterranean, as well as the coastal regions of the state of California. Once cultivated, the arduous process of collection and selection by the “Contadini – the Olive Farmers” begins. Following the harvest, the olives are prepared in traditional marinades of regional herbs, spices, lemon zest or simply in a brine solution in order to ensure a natural flavour. Some are also prepared stuffed with condiments such as pimentos, garlic, almonds and a variety of cheeses. Once the olives are marinated they are then prepared for export in standard food prepared containers in various sizing. Our olives are sold in bulk for use in olive bars, restaurants, banquet halls and convention centres. Please call us for further details.

| Mushrooms |

| We have succeeded in developing a high quality line of Mushrooms. Our selection consists of Oyster, Button, Portobellos, Shiitake, Mixed mushrooms prepared for a variety of applications. We have mushrooms in oil, spiced, grilled, regular, and dried whole or dried pieces. Packaging ranges from recyclable pails to glass jars as well as bags ideal for bulk, retail and restaurant applications. |

| Artichokes |

| Saroli offers the finest line of Artichokes you will ever taste. Grown under the Mediterranean sun, harvested strictly for us, hand picked and packed by the locals in the Puglia region, they are arranged in quarters, sliced, whole, and with stems. The taste truly sets us apart from our competitors in this regard. Artichokes are packaged for bulk, retail and restaurant/banquet applications. They are also widely used as a Pizza topping and as an integral ingredient in many manufacturers’ private recipes. |

| Eggplant |

| Saroli boasts an amazing line of Eggplant. Our grilled spaghetti eggplant is used in signature sandwiches in the Pizza and Panini bars across town. They come in many forms, spiced, sliced, regular, dried, stuffed and grilled. When they are not used in sandwiches, you will find them sliced ready to be rolled with items such as sun dried tomatoes and cheese. Our eggplants make an excellent addition to any antipasto table. Packaging applies to bulk and retail applications. |

| Peppers |

| Staple of the Mediterranean diet, stuffed, grilled, whole, strips, red, green, yellow, or whatever your fancy, we have them in stock. Our peppers are an excellent source of vitamins and highly sought after. Bulk packaging ranges from 6x100 oz tins, 600 ml pails and whole hot cherry peppers in 4 lt jars. Stuffed peppers in 750 mls are ideal for any occasion, invite them to your dinner table every night to kick start your appetite. Retail sizing is also available. |

| Saroli offers two lines of pasta. Granoro and PMC. Granoro is one of the top four manufacturers of pastas in Italy. It is also largely exported to South Africa and England. PMC is an artiginal pasta manufactured in the region of Puglia. Both lines are well received in the market place. We offer over 50 shapes and sizes such as Pappardelle, Tagliatelle, fettucine all’uovo, penne rigate, spaghetti, tri coloured fricelli, orrechhiete, spinach flavoured orrechiette, spaghetti with black squid ink, conchiglioni excellent for stuffing with meat, cheese or seafood. All available in 500 gr packs. |

| One of our renowned categories is our Seafood line. We offer Anchovy filets in oil in all sizing, Sardine filets in oil, Salted anchovies in many sizes, Salted sardines, Seafood antipasto, Tuna in olive oil, and Stock fish during the Holiday season. | Sun dried Tomatoes |

| Along with our 6x 100 oz tomatoes and 28 oz tomatoes, we offer Certified San Marzano plum tomatoes in 28 oz. tins. Our plum tomato line is also complimented by our large inventory of Sundried tomatoes. Sizes vary from 200 mls to 750 mls, 600 gr to 1.5 lt pails for retail shelf space and from 600 gr to 10 kg boxes for bulk application. We also provide sundried strips for pizza application. |

| Our bruschetta toppings are invited to many informal functions. If you are sharing a glass of wine before dinner, and would like a little snack to accompany the wine, please try our olive bruschetta, or a favourite of mine, our pepper bruschetta which is also amazing on top of fried eggs. Our bruschetta toppings are offered in retail sizes in 250 ml. |

| Our miscellaneous items consist of Saffron used in the renowned Risotto Milanese dish, Seasalt, coarse and fine, Amarena cherries in syrup typically used on top of tartufo ice cream, and in the infamous desert “Zeppole” Herbal Teas, and Lupini dried and vacuum packed ranging in sizes.
